Product Usage

Whip-up a laidback Lentil and Chickpea Curry or give a traditional Spaghetti Bolognese a veggie twist.

TRS Green Lentils are ideal for Indian dishes such as Kachori (dumplings with savoury filling), curries, and vegetarian dal dishes. In ground form, lentil flour is used for poppadoms or papad dough. These do not need pre-soaking before cooking.


Similar to brown lentils, but they have a more robust and slightly peppery flavour.
