TRS Black Eyed Peas can be included in salad or pressure cooked with chopped tomatoes, chillies, onions and ginger-garlic paste. They can be used in a number of recipes and no matter how you choose to prepare them, Black Eyed Peas can be a wonderful supplement to a healthy eating plan.

Their delicate nature making them a nice way to add texture to stews and soups. They are also excellent on their own when cooked and simply seasoned with salt and pepper as a side dish.
