Diwali On the Square, London 2022

In the bustling summer of 2022, Trafalgar Square in London not only dazzled visitors with its renowned landmarks but also tantalised their taste buds with a memorable food experience from TRS Food. As part of a bold culinary initiative, the square was transformed into a vibrant open-air food festival that celebrated the diverse flavours of the world.

The aroma of sizzling spices and the rhythmic clatter of cooking utensils filled the air, drawing crowds of food enthusiasts and curious passersby. Stretched across the square were rows of food stalls, each one a culinary oasis representing a different region of the globe. From fragrant Asian street food to hearty European classics, from exotic Middle Eastern delicacies to innovative fusion creations, TRS Food offered an exciting journey through a world of flavours with original recipes such as below:

The Cookery Theatre hosted by South Asian food influencer Chetna Makan cooked delicious vegan and vegetarian party food using TRS products throughout the day.
