Terms and Conditions – TRS Instagram and Tiktok Campaign

Eligibility:

1. The TRS Instagram and Tiktok Campaign is open to individuals who are legal residents in the UK, Europe and Scandinavian countries entrants only where the campaign is being conducted.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
3. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of TRS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

Campaign Period:

1. The TRS Campaign will begin on 4th of December to 8^th of January 2025 and the competition ends on 8th January at 23:59:59. 
2. Winners will be drawn randomly by an independent third party.

How to Participate:

1. To be eligible for the rewards, participants must visit Instagram/Tiktok @trs.food during the campaign period and follow trs.food on Instagram/Tiktok, and like the Ninja Airfryer giveaway post. Additionally, the participant must comment on the post by tagging 2 of their friends. All 3 rules must be followed to be qualified.
2. 1 Winner will be drawn randomly by an independent third party.
3. Winner will be contacted via direct message by 9th Jan 2025 only via trs.food IG/TT channel.

Rewards:

1. The winner will receive a reward determined by TRS and the Ninja Slow Cooker.
2. The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
3. TRS reserves the right to substitute the rewards with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Notification:

1. Winners will be contacted via direct message by 9th Jan 2025 only via trs.food IG/TT channel.
2. Winners must respond to the notification within [5 days] to claim their reward.
3. If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, their eligibility will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at TRS’s discretion.

Publicity:

1. By participating in the TRS Instagram and Tiktok Campaign, participants consent to the use of their names, photographs, and any other provided information for promotional purposes without any compensation or prior notice.

Disqualification:

1. TRS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
2. TRS’s decision regarding disqualification and selection of winners shall be final and binding.

1. TRS, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the TRS Instagram and Tiktok Campaign.

Modification or Termination:

1. TRS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the TRS Instagram and Tiktok Campaign at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [UK].
